◎ Entry Procedure Please review the prohibited items list before arrival. After passing the security check, have your ticket ready and follow staff instructions for entry.

All merchandise is managed by participating vendors. Product details, pricing, and return policies vary by booth. Please contact the respective vendor directly for inquiries.
◎ Lost and found items 1. Event Hours (15:00 – 22:00): Found items will be turned over to the temporary on-site police station. 2. Post-Event: All unclaimed items will be moved to the Zuoying Police Station (Address: No. 1, Jinxue Rd., Zuoying Dist., Kaohsiung City / Tel: +886-7-581-3019).
◎ Rainy Weather Policy Raincoats may be provided on-site depending on weather and safety. Only foldable umbrellas are allowed, but they cannot be opened inside the venue to avoid blocking other attendees’ views.
◎ Important Notices ※ One ticket per person; please sit in your assigned seat. ※ Event schedule is subject to on-site conditions and adjustments. ※ No outside food or drinks allowed (except drinking water). Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the venue. ※ Professional recording, photo, and video equipment (including DSLRs, camcorders, drones, tablets, GoPros, selfie sticks, and tripods) and live streaming are strictly prohibited. Staff reserve the right to delete unauthorized recordings and require items to be stored outside the venue. The organizer is not liable for any loss or damage and reserves the right to take legal action. ※ Prohibited or dangerous items are strictly forbidden. Violators will be removed or denied entry without refund. ※ Re-entry requires both a valid ticket and passing another security check. ※ For lost or damaged tickets, please contact KKTIX Customer Service. ※ Standing on seats or changing seats without authorization is prohibited. Attendees are liable for any damage to venue property. ※ The organizer reserves the right to remove any attendee who seriously violates rules and deny re-entry.
◎ Prohibited Items (Subject to Confiscation) 1. No trunks or bags larger than 37 x 25 x 11.5 cm. The official merchandise items will be allowed. All bags and merchandise items will be subject to a security check. 2. Carrying and using professional photography, video and audio recording equipment is strictly prohibited. This includes camcorders, audio recorders, drones, tablets, GoPros and related devices (such as selfie sticks, tripods, etc.) 3. Folding umbrella is granted. However please DO NOT use it in the stadium. Please wear poncho if needed. 4. No Glass and Metal container of any kind. 5. No Illegal Substances / Drugs / Dangerous items (According to on site definition). 6. No Flammable materials such as / Pressurized Cologne and perfume / Pepper Spray / Kerosene / Gasoline etc. 7. No Weapons of any Kind / Lasers / Laser Pens / Pointers / Umbrella / Monopod / Selfie Sticks or any Sharp Objects. 8. No Chain / Brass Knuckles / Wallet Chains / Spiked belts. 9. No Lighters / Cigarettes(e-cigarettes) / Candles / Fireworks and any other type of Pyrotechnics. 10. No Pets and Plants. 11. No Chairs of any kind. 12. No Fruits / Vegetables. 13. No Big Posters / Banners / LED Banners / Placards / Balloons / Signage / Political Banners and No Whistles or any unauthorized Cheer Supplies. 14. No Projectiles / Missiles of any type. 15. No Flash Photography / Videography.
◎ Transportation Information Large crowds are expected on event days. Attendees are strongly advised to use public transportation such as MRT, buses, or shuttle services to reach the venue.
